Before you talk to the planners, before you spend money on an architect we will be happy to come, talk, advise and assist you to develop your ideas. From renovations in Grassington to conversions in Embsay, or roofing in West Yorkshire, traditional joinery in listed buildings or a fabulous drives and a fancy verandas in Skipton APOTEC's small and friendly team are dedicated to delivering quality in North Yorkshire.
The People
APOTEC's operation depends on a small core team. Paul (1), Annie and Paul (2). There is no confusion about who you are dealing with and the contracts, whether large or small receive personal attention from the team.
Annie is the boss and you will usually get her if you ring the office. She writes the estimates, risk assessments, contracts and schedules of work and tries to get Paul (1) into the office for 3 hours on a Friday afternoon.
Paul (1) is the operations manager. A time-served joiner and perfectionist, Paul also has qualifications in general construction and roofing, is a first class stonemason, an excellent draftsman and a general know-all.
Paul (2) younger and slimmer is the foreman. He has worked for Paul (1) since he was a boy. With an apprenticeship in construction trades and separate qualifications and accreditations for roofing he is usually the man running the site when Paul (1) is otherwise engaged.
